Gladys Ortiz, CEO and Founder of The GO Affect, is a proud Latina and mother of three beautiful children in Connecticut. She takes pride in helping women and men thrive in their everyday lives. Over the past 20-plus years, Gladys has been a leader in the financial industry, holding numerous certifications in Leadership, Coaching, and Business Development. Building solid connections and growing existing relationships is of utmost importance to her, as this requires time and a great deal of trust. Gladys is deeply passionate about assisting individuals in overcoming the mental obstacles that prevent them from taking action toward the life they deserve.
Gladys is a leader in the business community and a staunch supporter of empowering women. She serves as the Executive Director of the South Windsor Chamber of Commerce, having previously served as its treasurer and President-elect. She was also an Ambassador for the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Gladys is the Co-President of the Friends of the Wood Memorial Library and Museum.
